I am very satisfied with the excellent customer service from start to finish with the purchase of my EcoWater softener. Joe Xavier was my sales rep. He talked me through my options and explained the system clearly. He processed all the paperwork and made things simple for me. Once the system was installed, I was amazed at the difference in my water. I can finally drink water from the tap. There are no mineral deposits in my shower anymore. I wish I had done this years ago. Today, as part of the follow-up service, Travis Miller came by to re-test my water and help me set up the EcoWater app on my phone. The app will provide me with alerts and updates. Travis was professional, efficient, and friendly. I am a very happy customer and recommend EcoWater highly. ~ Sean F

We are very pleased with the performance of our water treatment unit. We have had this unit for two years. The unit has operated in perfect condition without any problem. The service technician comes to our house once a year on a schedule time table to service the unit. Before we purchased this water treatment unit, my wife would complaint about water spots on just about every place that came into contact with our water. We had to purchase drinking water because our water had such an awful taste. It has been a long time since I have heard any complaints about water spots (happy wife, happy life) We also enjoy having a glass of great tasting water. We strongly recommend anyone who has a less than desirable water situation to get in connect with Ecowater. Enjoy drinking great tasting water again! ~ Trino H

I was not anticipating having to change my water filtration system as it is fair new; however, at Costco, the offer of free water analysis was tempting. When Joe called to schedule the analysis, I explained I was simply curious about how well our system was doing. He reassured me it was fine. Noah, the excellent analyst, was great. He explained what he was testing and how he would proceed, educating me as the demonstration went on. He tested our water inside and outside (I was curious about both) and his results indicated we were in good shape at our home. I did not feel I was being pushed to make a purchase and I did feel better about our existing systems. I think the presentation/demonstration was quite informative and I would heartily recommend others try it out. In fact, I forwarded Noah’s contact info to friends. ~ Gwyn M

We had an awesome experience with Robirt our sales person - he came into our home did the testing of our city's water and explained all the results very clearly - we knew about the hard awful water we have but to actually see it was very eye opening! Robirt answered our questions, understood our concerns and gave us some suggestions which we appreciated. The installation (w/Albert) also went very well we saw with both employees how much pride they take in representing the company. No doubt we are in good hands with Ecowater. Andreas was great! He was well informative and attentive to queries. We may not be purchasing this system today, but if we do indeed proceed, I can see us enjoying the process with him. I appreciated the demonstrations he performed and he was efficient in doing so. He was a kind man, non invasive (which I appreciate when one is in my home) I will be doing further research on everything that was listed in the paperwork he presented (basically the water contamination breakdown) and I look forward to learning more about the basic compounds that reside within our water, and therefore our bodies. I highly recommend EcoWater of Central California. Mike Lamborn came to my house and tested my water using the most accurate test on the market, then walked me through all of the steps, costs, etc. of soft water. No hard sales pitch, just lots of good information. When installation time came on June 27, it was 100-degrees and Albert had two systems to install on our house. It took all of 9 hours in that heat and he did a fantastic job. No breaks that I noticed. He then had the energy and patience to walk us through basic operation and maintenance. I recently invested in a water filtration system from EcoWater systems. I was pregnant with my second baby and looking for a ways to purify my home for my family. My representative Mike Lamborn was super helpful, he walked me through all of the details of the system and answered all my questions thoroughly. He reassured me that my purchase was going to be a life time investment for my family. When it came time for installment it was quick and straight forward. I appreciated being able to call or message Mike if i had any questions! Since having the system installed my sons exema has gone away!! This is such a blessing. The system works really well—water tastes clean and fresh, and I feel much more confident about my family’s health. What made the experience even better was the agent Chris, who helped with the process. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and explained everything clearly. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure the installation went smoothly. He even followed up a few days later to check if everything was working fine, which I really appreciated. We really love our new EcoWater system. The water tastes so much better and tasty! The water has made my dishes and more importantly my beautiful glassware shines. Robert McInerney has been very attentive to our needs with multiple follow up visits and has answered all of our concerns. The Eco Soap package is wonderful. I have in the past purchased Tide laundry detergent and Cascade for the dishes. It’s funny when it is on sale at Costco I usually purchase in bulk so I had several containers left. So I returned them to Costco and they gave me an $80.00 credit! We look forward to using all the products and highly recommend Robert and EcoWater! I ~ Richard W

Mickey, came out and checked our water hardness. It was extremely hard. He recommended A specific unit to meet our needs. Unit was installed professionally within two weeks of initial testing. Mickey came back out about two weeks after installation to check hardness. Because of installation he was able to check water at site before treatment and after treatment. Mickey was able to confirm unit it treating water as promised at correct levels… no adjust to unit was needed. He also help me get the unit set up on my WiFi network so I can monitor from my cell phone. Great service, great communication, and great follow up service after installation. Five stars for Mickey and the excellent service we received. Mickey came to our home to evaluate our water and performed a very thorough series of tests. The testing showed that we had moderately hard water with high TDS levels, and Mickey explained everything clearly and professionally. Because of his detailed explanation, we decided to install both a water softener and reverse osmosis drinking water filtration system. Mickey is knowledgeable, friendly, and brings a great sense of humor to the process. He made what could have been a complicated decision very easy. Nick Maltbie was AMAZING! He came out to our home yesterday to test our water and we felt like we immediately became friends. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and took his time to explain everything that was important to us. His demo was very thorough and we felt extremely comfortable moving forward with a system after talking with him. Super excited to get our system installed so quickly as well! We had a great experience working with Mr. Robert McInerney to have our Eco Water salt-free water softener and whole house filter installed in just two days. The change in water quality and taste is huge. We had been planning about it for 3 years, but the complexity of technological and environmental concerns made it difficult to decide and materialize. had a great experience talking to the ecowater team, especially the gentlemen Michael L. he has had open communication with us for months after and made the process so much easier before the filtration system we would all have dry scalps and skin after shows, and now thats an issue of the pass. as well as having our water intake rise, our skin has been healthier and the 5 year product supply of soaps and laundry detergent was such a steel along with them, giving you an awesome deal if you use them through Costco. def recommend ecowater, ASK FOR MICHAEL! ~ William

I love love love my water system!!! It is worth every penny! If you want your appliances to last longer and drink and cook with water that is healthier for you then don’t hesitate to buy this system. The water in the Central Valley is the nastiest water you could have in your home! Not only is it not good for your appliances and plumbing system but it is not good for your pets or any living thing for that matter. In the first two months of moving into our brand new house the faucet fixters turned dull and calcified. I would have to use a cleaner like CLR to get them clean. Now with the system I do not have to anymore. Shower spots on the glass shower doors are now not as difficult to remove. I not only would recommend them but if I had to do it again I would have it installed sooner than we did. You will not regret having it installed. Today we had it serviced after the initial install. Their service guys are the best!! They treat your house as if it was their own. No mess and no water spillage drips. You won’t be sorry that you had it installed!! ~ Margaret

Rizzie, the salesperson who visited our home, was truly exceptional! Not only was she knowledgeable and kind, but she also ensured we never felt taken advantage of. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly helpful, guiding us to purchase a whole-house softener and a reverse osmosis system. Although we were thrilled about the new system, it unfortunately wasn’t compatible with our sewer setup. We purchased system from this company and we are very happy with it. Now water is super soft, I can wash my car anytime now more white stains on the car. Charles Hewlett was our salesperson and he explained everything to us. Good thing about him is that he was not pushy at all and until today if i have any questions i can just message him anytime and he will respond quickly. Worked with Matt Pauler to get the water system installed at my new home. Matt is very knowledgeable and explained everything we never knew about the water we have been using since many years. He performed various tests to show why a water purification system is so important for any house and how it is being ignored by many due to lack of knowledge. He is friendly, responsive and has always responded to my questions even after months from installing the water system. I recommended him to one of my friends and they are equally happy working with Matt. So far I am very happy with the water purification system. I could see a lot of difference especially with reduction in hair loss and improved skin condition. The change in drinking water is so obvious that I started to drink more water as I could feel the freshness.
